Is SniperSpy remote monitering a scam?

Not the anti-spyware, the remote monitoring. I need to know because I want to set it up for my cousin to make sure she doesn’t go in to any of my files/hacks anything of mine. I can’t look over her shoulder because she yells if i do and my mom gets after me.
I can use the Sniper Spy on my sisters computer. So is it a scam? c:

   sniperspy is not scam, but I recommend use some local montoring app like spyagent if you can install physically to his computer.

   You can monitor your sister using Micro keylogger http://www.microkeylogger.com/ . It records almost all her computer activities.
